General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between the tk1996 platform and its users ("Members"). By accessing the tk1996 website, opening an account, or using any service, you automatically accept these Terms.

tk1996 is an online gaming platform providing various entertainment services for Bangladeshi users, including slots, casino, fishing games, sports betting, and live games. Use of the platform requires compliance with all rules and regulations stated here.

• Be legally eligible to use online gaming services under the laws of their country of residence.
• Operate only one account — multiple accounts are prohibited.
• Use only their own funds in their account; playing or betting on behalf of others is not permitted.

2.2 Registration Process

At the time of registration, Members must provide their full name, a valid mobile number, email address, and date of birth. If the information provided is false or misleading, tk1996 reserves the right to suspend or cancel the account at any time. A copy of a national identity card or passport may be requested as part of the identity verification (KYC) process.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing your account with anyone else or allowing a third party to use it is prohibited.

• Until tk1996 is notified of any suspected unauthorized access, the Member will bear responsibility for any transactions that occur during that time.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is not permitted and may be treated as fraud.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tk1996 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The payment account must be registered in the Member's own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (applicable for all methods)
• The maximum deposit limit is determined by the payment method and the Member's account level.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is any delay, please contact us via live chat or email.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours (typically).
• Withdrawals may be pending if identity verification has not been completed.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering requirement must be met.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed using the same method that was used for the deposit.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳12,000 means a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 applies, bringing the total balance to ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

• To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of 25 times (25x) must be met.
• If the original deposit is withdrawn before the wagering requirement is fulfilled, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer is valid for a specific period — once expired, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• Bonus abuse (for example: claiming the same bonus through multiple accounts) is prohibited and may result in account closure.
• tk1996 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

tk1996 is committed to ensuring fair play in all games. All games on the platform are tested by third-party verification bodies and operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Game Results

• Game results are entirely RNG-based and are not predetermined.
• If a game result cannot be determined due to a technical error, tk1996 reserves the right to refund the bet amount.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game, the result will be determined based on the last recorded state saved on the tk1996 server.

6.3 Betting Limits

Each game or event has a set minimum and maximum bet limit. These limits may change and will always be displayed in the game interface.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tk1996:

• Any form of fraud, deception, or system manipulation.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Harassing other members, using offensive language, or making threats.
• Attempting to deceive tk1996 staff.
• Opening multiple accounts to obtain the same benefit ("multi-accounting").
• Knowingly exploiting technical errors on the platform for an unfair advantage.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the tk1996 platform — including logos, graphics, designs, software, text, and all other elements — is the intellectual property of tk1996 or its licensors. Members may use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• Copying, republishing, or using any content commercially without prior written permission from tk1996 is prohibited.
• Content from third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, and Spribe) is protected under their respective licenses.

Limitation of Liability

tk1996 is not liable for:

• Losses caused by internet connection disruptions.
• Delays or errors from third-party payment providers.
• Losses caused by technical errors or unexpected system failures.
• Losses resulting from a Member's own negligence or violation of these Terms.
• Uncontrollable circumstances (Force Majeure) such as natural disasters or cyberattacks.

tk1996 provides all services on an "As-Is" basis and makes no warranty of fitness for any specific purpose.

• tk1996 never sells Members' information to third parties.
• Information may be disclosed to relevant authorities where there is a legal obligation to do so.

Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 Closure by tk1996

tk1996 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or deception.
• Registration using false information.
• Refusal to verify identity.
• Participation in prohibited activities.

11.2 Closure by Member

Any member who wishes to voluntarily close their account may email [email protected] or submit a request via live chat. The member will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed; however, this does not apply to funds obtained through violations of the terms and conditions.
